  • Each mascot is removable with a clip on, clip off feature, enabling you to change out the pacifier, mascot or even the function of the product.
  • Once you’ve retired your baby from a pacifier, you can clip the Gamezies mascot onto a keychain or backpack or just use it as a forever toy or even a Christmas ornament.
We know you’re busy so we’ve made our products easy to clean. For best results, follow the below instructions.
 
  • Plush toy: wash plush product in cold water on the gentle cycle in a linen bag. Use low tumble or air dry for the best results.
  • Pacifier: wash gently with warm water and soap.
  • Pacifier is recommended for newborns and/or babies without teeth and is not recommended for teething.
  • The plush product is great for all ages!

Returns: 

Boutique 423 is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 15 days of the ship date - WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND items MUST be UNWORN/UNUSED.  You can exchange or return your items for a full refund minus the shipping fee. **ALL Sale items are FINAL Sale.

1. Email theboutiquehixson@gmail.com or call 423-888-7736 with your order number to receive your return authorization. If item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.

2. We do not accept any returns after 15 days from ship date.
3. If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

4. To cancel an order, please contact Boutique 423 as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to cancel your order and provide confirmation within 24 business hours. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse minus the shipping fee.

5. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.

6. To exchange your purchase, simply contact Boutique 423 to place your new order and receive your return authorization number. Your exchange will ship within 2-3 business days of original item being received. Returns must be received within 10 days of receiving your return authorization number. Please note, customer is responsible for return shipping unless original item is defective or damaged in shipping.
